One-time registration of the official Extreme Vision QMS user accounts with their temporary passwords. The legacy Glaiza email is migrated to the new address (no duplicate), each account is set Active, and per-user module access follows the access registry (never the role name). Already-existing accounts are re-provisioned, not duplicated. Each user must activate via the email link, then sign in.
